These Terms & Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) set out the basis upon which we operate this website https://venturedmag.co.uk (“our site”), and what constitutes your acceptable use of it – i.e. what you’re allowed to do and what you’re not allowed to do when using our site.

We’ve explained our obligations to you and your rights while you’re using our site, whether you’re accessing, browsing, making purchases or downloading.

Please read these terms of use carefully. We may update these T&Cs at any time, and the most up-to-date version will always be available here on our site. 

By using our site, you confirm both that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to comply with them. If not, you should exit our site immediately.

Ventured Magazine and our site is owned and operated by Kix Media Ltd (referred to as“we” or “us” throughout these T&Cs), a Company which is registered in England and Wales with registration number 06521085.

Our site contains content from the worlds of business, lifestyle and entertainment, all of which we hope is interesting, helpful and useful to business owners across the UK. It is intended for your general information and use only. It is not legal advice. We work hard to keep our content relevant, and may change or alter content from time to time to do so. Neither we, nor any third parties with whom we work, provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials on our site for any particular purpose. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Accessing Our Site

We try to ensure that the site is always accessible and in full working order. However, we don’t and can’t guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available. We may, if we choose, suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. If for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period then we’re not liable to you for that, but we will be working hard to get it back up and running as quickly as we can. How you find, reach or navigate to our site is not within our control and is for you to manage. You are responsible for making sure that people who come to our site through your internet connection are aware of our T&Cs as relevant to them, and also that they comply with them. Our Rights in relation to Our Site

The materials on this site, including but not limited to our content, layouts, designs, images, ideas and all other intellectual property, are either licensed by or belong to us, our valued contributors and/or our colleagues. We reserve all rights thereto without exception. Reproduction is prohibited without our express prior written consent, which may be sought by contacting us as outlined in these T&Cs and which we reserve the right to refuse under whatever reasonable grounds we see fit. By law, we’re obliged to acknowledge that nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

We’re also obliged to point out the following:

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by English Law, and we both hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptable Use of Our Site

This section outlines what we consider to be fair, appropriate and/or lawful usage of our Site.

Suspension and Termination

If we consider that you have breached these T&Cs, including our Acceptable Use Policy, we retain all rights to take whatever reasonable remedial and/or protective action we deem appropriate. Actions may include:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
  • Issuance of a warning to you.
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  • Further legal action against you.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
